Privacy Policy

How browser drafts and server information are handled, and how to make a data request.

Updated

Scope and contact

This policy covers content, tools, browser drafts and account information at bizthinkframe.com. “We” means the operators of BizThinkFrame. For questions or data requests, contact: contact@bizthinkframe.com.

Your material stays in the browser

Tools process fields, scores, evidence and results in the browser without uploading personal inputs. Saved drafts stay in this browser. Importing an old draft creates a copy and keeps the original. You choose when to copy, print or download. There is no sync between devices or public work page.

Clearing site data or changing devices or browsers can make drafts unavailable. Copy or download important work. Browser storage is not device encryption; avoid saving sensitive material on shared devices.

Inputs in the rate and chart tools are lost on refresh. Rehearsal saves the script, supporting material, notes and last ten completed attempts in this browser, separately for each language. It records no audio, recognizes no speech and loses unfinished timing on refresh.

A report is saved only after you confirm the preview. The new draft keeps the full decision copy and material nature at confirmation, including material left out of the main outline in its exports. The original decision and existing reports are kept. Personal text is not translated automatically.

Information processed on the server

  • Page requests and security logs: requests involve IP addresses, device information, times, paths and errors for service delivery and troubleshooting. Application logs redact query strings.
  • Account information: existing email addresses, names, identifiers, verification state and necessary sign-in sessions may remain on the server. Codes are stored as verification values. Google sign-in uses basic identity information and does not request Gmail or Drive content access.
  • Historical applications, reviews, audits and AI usage metadata may remain. Retired features no longer add these records. They are distinct from personal draft text.
  • Contact emails: sender addresses, subjects, messages and attachments you provide are used for feedback, support and data requests.

Models and analytics

Public tools do not send personal inputs to online models or make drafts public. The production site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page visits and loading performance, including page paths, referrers and load times, to understand traffic and improve performance. Tool input text is not included. No ads are displayed. The Google tag is used for consent management with ad requests kept paused.

Third-party advertising and your choices

No ads are currently displayed. Public content and policy pages load a Google tag to connect to Google’s Privacy & messaging consent management platform (CMP). Ad requests remain paused, including after consent. The tag and its supporting scripts contact Google, involving technical data such as your IP address, browser information and site origin. Google states that paused mode may read existing cookies on its domains but does not set new advertising cookies or use associated data for ad serving or measurement.

When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising services. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, depending on your choices, region and the services enabled.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center, or visit AboutAds for choices offered by some other vendors. See how Google uses information from partner sites in Google’s partner-site information. Opting out of personalized ads does not disable all ads or all necessary storage.

The external links above manage advertising preferences with those providers. They do not record your consent to advertising processing on this site or replace site controls for giving or withdrawing consent. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or other device storage for purposes such as frequency capping and aggregate ad reporting. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove applicable consent requirements.

Google’s European regulations message applies to eligible visits from the EEA, UK and Switzerland. When Google offers the message, you can consent, decline or manage options. Use “Privacy & cookie settings” at the bottom of the page to reopen Google’s dialog, then decline or change options and save your choice there. Google’s CMP manages the choice record in your browser; another browser or removal of the relevant cookies may require a new choice. Clearing all site data also deletes local drafts, so export them first. If Google does not offer a dialog or cannot load it, the control explains the status; neither condition is treated as consent. This notice and clicking the settings control do not constitute consent. Withdrawal does not change processing already completed. Applicable US state rights reflect actual processing and local requirements. Use the contact on this page for access, correction or deletion requests.

We do not send tool inputs, drafts, names, email addresses or phone numbers to advertisers for targeting, or use precise location or sensitive personal information to create advertising audiences. Contact email and sign-in information serve those respective functions and do not constitute advertising consent.

Retention, deletion and requests

Browser site-data settings can remove local drafts, but not historical server accounts or records. Manage downloaded files separately. Historical server information is retained as needed for support, security and handling requests, without a single automatic deletion period.

For access, correction or deletion requests about server information relating to you, contact: contact@bizthinkframe.com. We may verify identity to avoid changing someone else's information. Do not send passwords, codes or unredacted work material.
